Candice is about to have a baby any minute now and asked for support on holding her team accountable whilst she's on Maternity Leave.
I helped her with two separate accountability forms to be emailed to her daily - one for the clinic coordinator and one for the therapists.
This form can be used whenever you're away from the business ie. on holidays or on a business trip.

DELAY IN EMPLOYEE PORTAL
We're going through some technical difficulties at present so I'm afraid HPTA Employee will be delayed by a week. Apologies but it cannot be helped.
Module 1 will be released on Monday February 1st, 2021.
Monthly Call - the next monthly Q+A Coaching Call will be on Wednesday February 24th. Please set aside that time for as many therapists to attend.
