The right question often comes before the right answer. The more of these calls I do, the more I believe I've titled them the right thing....Clarity Calls. In this call, it was more important to provide Natalie with clarity around what she was really asking. If you don't ask the right question, you'll come up with the wrong answer. Only when you understand the real issue, do you have a chance to find a solution to it.
