The CREAM Solutions Affiliate Programme offers all partners a 15% commission on CREAM Mastermind, the Leadership and Management Academy and the High Performance Therapist Academy programmes only. Unless specifically advised, no other CREAM Solutions products are included 

The CREAM Solutions Affiliate Programme is only available to current and existing CREAM Mastermind members. Non-members are not eligible to participate in the CREAM Solutions Affiliate Programme

If the person referred, joins CREAM Mastermind at the annual discounted rate (ie. Paid up front for a full year), you will receive 15% of the discounted annual fee up front as paid by the new member

If a member you referred leaves the membership, you will no longer receive commission for that member

Your commissions earned on CREAM Mastermind memberships are ONLY payable as long as YOU remain a member of CREAM Mastermind. Should you choose to discontinue your own membership, you will no longer receive commission payments, even if the people you referred, remain in the membership

Should someone you refer, request a refund, you will not receive the commission, or in the case where a commission has already been paid out, it will be deducted from your next month’s commission payout

If the person you referred, purchases a programme at a discounted rate (eg. Early Bird offerings), your commission will be calculated on the discounted price paid, not the regular full price

You will do everything in your control to never misrepresent CREAM Mastermind, LAMA, HPTA, CREAM Solutions or Brigitte Benge to prospective members, existing members or anyone else. When promoting CREAM Solutions programmes you will share your personal experiences and benefits and if you are unable to answer a question, you will seek clarity and assistance from Brigitte Benge

If you misuse or abuse your privileges in any way deemed so by Brigitte Benge, your affiliate may be terminated without warning or notice. What is deemed misuse or abuse is at the sole discretion of Brigitte Benge

You can promote your affiliate links during CREAM Solutions promotional periods as long as it’s not directly tied to a ‘live’ promotional activity. In other words, if you are at an event, virtual or in-person, where Brigitte Benge is actively promoting CREAM Mastermind, you will not promote to that audience with your link or ask for someone to use your link instead of the CREAM Solutions link. ie. you will not email or private message your link on the back of Brigitte Benge’s promotion

You agree to take full responsibility regarding receipt of your commissions in relation to the tax laws in your country
