Attending the Zoom Calls

Please make sure all students join the call by logging in separately as opposed to logging is as a group.
By everyone attending on a single screen, it allows me to engage with each student directly. I can address each student by name and ensure our communication is personal and specific. It’s also easier to manage the session when I can see who is speaking and respond accordingly.
Please make sure everyone sets up their own individual Zoom accounts (free), if they haven’t already, and use them to log into the session. This small step will make a significant difference in the quality of our coaching call.

Students can choose to ask questions anonymously if preferred. I'll know who it’s from, but I’ll keep the student anonymous.
There's no limit to how many questions can be asked so please encourage your team to ask as many questions as possible.Â
Workbooks
The workbooks will be available here just before each module. Print a copy for each participant. Ideally, it's better for them to pay attention to me as I'm teaching without the workbook in front of them for no distractions. Â
