How can independent salons compete with the great big abyss of online shopping? People these days have so many choices, and they are not just choosing between competitor salons; they are simply looking for a great gift. That means your competition is literally any business selling a gift of any kind. That’s an awfully tall hurdle to overcome.

The holiday season is no longer what it used to be for salons

It’s sparse and sporadic. Often salons see limited traffic early on, only to get a hectic rush in the final weeks of December. Although this rush seems good at the time, on the surface, it usually means lots of staff errors, clients turned away and not nearly as much profit as it feels like there should be for all the stress.

Session 2 - Follow up/Q+A session Tuesday October 22nd at 6pm

All attendees will be expected to have begun executing what they learned and will have the opportunity to ask questions and get feedback on their holiday strategies. 

My intention is to continue the session until all questions have been addressed.
