Welcome to the new iteration of Mastermind: TRIBE Mastermind which includes this new community space. I am so excited to have you here.
You’ve been thrown a curve ball these last few years. Recovery and growth will be about doing the work of the entrepreneur. Acting in a proactive, not reactive way.
Moving to this community space is the most important tool I have to help you on this recovery and growth journey, as it will support a more enriched, more focused learning experience for you to hold yourself accountable to.
This page is about showing you around the community; how to navigate it, how it works, and showcase the features and accountability tools this community app offers. I’m excited and I hope you are too.

Circles and Access Groups
Circles – A circle is a topic of conversation feed to help keep things streamlined and easy to find. At the moment we have 4 Circles:
- Q+A General – This feed is where you can Ask for help or support on any topic from Brigitte and/or tribe members. This is also where I'll post in general.
- Promo Talk – This feed is where you can Ask questions, feedback or any conversation regarding promotions
- Wins Brags and Shares – This feed is where you can Share a win, an 'aha' moment, good news or something you've learnt that others will love to know too.
Access Tribe – An Access Tribe is a group of members. You have been allocated to one of either the Alpha, Beta or Gamma Tribe. This is an example of an Alpha Tribe member. Only members of your allocated tribe are privy to anything you post or share. Members of your tribe are not in direct competition to you so you can feel free to share, ask questions, ask for support and importantly, offer support to your fellow tribe members without feeling compromised.
Every access tribe has the same 3 circles of conversations.
In addition, you have also been provided with access to the ALL-Members Circle. It’s important for you to know that ALL Tribe Mastermind members, from all three Alpha, Beta and Gamma tribes have access to this feed. This is a feed for you to post anything you want when you would like responses from all Tribe Mastermind Members and where I’ll post coaching and anything else I want to convey to all members at the same time.
Profile & Notifications Settings
Add Your Profile Picture: At the top right hand corner, click on the down arrow on the grey circle and scroll to SETTINGS. Hover over the image circle, click on the camera, locate your picture and click UPLOAD. Please do this. In Facebook, your photo automatically appears. Here we need to manually add it.
Social Links and Interests (optional): You can add your social links and interests. Know that this section is accessible to all Tribe Mastermind members, not just the members in your tribe so if you don’t feel comfortable adding your social links and your interests, feel free to not fill these in.
Notification Settings: Click NOTIFICATIONS at the top left. I urge to keep everything as it is and 'on'. At least until you get acquainted with this fab community app. Later you can customise the notifications if you prefer.

Meetups
Meet Ups are Zoom-like LIVE sessions. Each Tribe will have Meetups scheduled for their specific tribe ie. Tribe Q+A Coaching Calls, Clarity Calls and Watchalongs. Where a Meetup is scheduled for the whole group, all Tribe Mastermind members ie. Watchalongs, you’ll see them here as well.

CLARITY CALLS
NOTE: Bookings required
A Clarity Call is a private coaching session with Brigitte for up to 30 minutes where she answers your questions, provides feedback, or helps you with a particular problem or challenge that pertains to you or your business. Although the call is only between Brigitte and the member, the recording will be made available to all members of the student's tribe to watch and learn from.

How often can you apply for a Clarity Call: In the spirit of fairness, if you've had a session within the last 3 months, please wait until the day before the scheduled day to book. This will allow others who haven't had a session plenty of time to book. If at that point, there is still availability, the spot is yours!
