OBJECTIVE:

Increase the sale of serums by stating the major role serums play in achieving results

OFFER:

Real change happens when the most potent products meet the most potent treatment.

Your skin has two jobs: defend by day, repair at night—and nothing does those jobs better than serums. They’re high-concentration, fast-absorbing and targeted.

Pair a daytime serum to defend and hydrate with a nighttime serum to repair and remodel.

Why 2 serums + a Peel

Day serum = defend + hydrate. Serums have the highest impact per drop with concentrated actives, formulated to penetrate deeper than any other skin product and designed to create visible change. Think antioxidants, barrier support, and humectants. Pricing and margin sanity check
• Typical serum RRP margin ≈ 50%. Two serums @ $150 each = $300 revenue; ~$150 COGS → ~$150 gross.
• Peel consumables ≈ $5–$20; therapist time 20–30 min in an otherwise quiet slot.
• You’re trading one short service (high perceived value) to lock in $300 retail + future maintenance. Net effect is strongly profitable and fuels retention.

Why it’s a good offer

  • Supplier-funded value: Your supplier have already done the hard work. Christmas packs already include the discount/value-add and premium packaging. Your cost-of-goods is protected.
  • Dual win: One sale becomes two revenue moments—retail now, potential new client or existing client booking later.
  • Low friction for clients: Easy gift purchase and a tangible $65 nudge to book a treatment.
  • Great story for “results”: Packs set up the home-care consistency; the voucher jump-starts professional treatment—a results pathway in a box.

The value of the voucher is of course up to you. $65 is valuable enough to encourage early sales but not enough to cover a full skin treatment.

 

When Should your Offer Go Live?

I recommend making your chosen offer go live on the Monday before Black Friday to give you breathing room before the chaos hits. Clients get time to understand the offer, ask questions and say yes calmly – instead of trying to process it while their inbox and socials are flooded with 100 other sales. By the time Black Friday actually arrives, you’re not introducing something new, you’re simply giving last-chance reminders to an offer they already know they want.

Why not launch it earlier?
Launching it too early sounds good in theory, but it actually weakens the promotion. If you open the offer weeks before Black Friday, clients don’t feel any urgency to act now, so it slips into the “I’ll look at that later” pile. By keeping the launch to the Monday before, you hit the sweet spot: enough time for clients to understand and decide, but not so long that the offer goes stale, gets forgotten, or turns into background wallpaper.

No matter which of the 3 offers you choose, the following is what I suggest. I’ll be providing with email copy scripts, social copy and caption scripts and SMS scripts. All you’ll have to do is to customise the scripts to your own products, prices and discounts, and create your own social artwork.

  • 5 Emails: 1 teaser, 1 launch, 1 FAQ, 1 Black Friday push, 1 last chance
  • 5–6 Feed posts: - 2 in tease week, 3–4 in launch week
  • Stories: 2 in tease week, 3 from launch to close
