In this module I explain what’s really required from everyone concerned when it comes to building a profitable business. No profit, no business, no job. Once team members really understand what needs to be understood, the game changes for them. Forever.
MODULE 2
High Performance Strategies
I keep hearing that we’re in the business of ‘caring’, ‘nurturing’ and making people ‘feel good’ and whilst this is true, nothing is more important than making money for the business. And as for the caring, nurturing and feel good side of the business? Let’s just call that ‘results’ because at the end of the day, that’s THE ONLY thing the client really wants.
In this module I cover the high-performance drivers of delivering results whilst applying business strategies to make everyone happy – the client with results, the business owner with profitability and the therapist/esthetician with a greater earning potential.
MODULE 3
High Performance First Visit
Ahhh, the humble first visit. The most UNDERUSED nugget of gold a therapist/esthetician has ever been handed and yet it’s the foundation of high performance. It’s the make it or break it, it’s the do or die, the wind beneath high-performance wings!
There’s a success path to high performance and in this module, I cover this most important foundation. Another game changer here.
MODULE 4
High Performance Consultation
It’s not just about sticking someone behind a woods lamp or a skin diagnostic imaging device. They’re just tools. Without strategy, the tools are just fancy cameras.
In this module, I train your team how to perform a skin consultation from the very real perspective of WHERE RESULTS INTERSECT PROFIT. It covers how to write that skin prescription, how to deliver it, when to deliver it, how to follow it up and when to follow it up. It’s a mind blowing module.

The High Performance Appointment
The pinnacle of the programme. The yellow brick road so to speak.
I’ll surprise you with the goodness but let's just say it’s exactly how I got my own team to be producing in excess of $150/hour in 2010!. Consistently. My trusty inflation calculator says this is an equivalent of producing in excess of $200/hour today! And THEN, equipment like skin needling (low cost to purchase, high price to charge treatments), were nowhere near as prevalent and accessible as they are now!
