Business Concepts
This module is where I do the work that most salon owners don’t want to do, know how to do or feel awkward doing. In this module, I get inside your therapists’ heads. In an inspiring yet effective way, I explain the lowdown of the need for high productivity. From explaining the difference between a good employee and a higher performer (big difference) to what the clients REALLY wants from them, what they're prepared to pay for and what the therapists REALLY need to sell. It’s often not what they think. Most importantly, I cover EXACTLY what's expected of them and why.
Week 2:
The New Consultation Form
The New Client Consultation Form (NCCF) is the most important and primary tool that a therapist has at her disposal and yet it is way undervalued and often incorrectly used (if used at all). Once a therapist truly understands the value of the 'gold' that is handed to her upon meeting her client, her journey to high performance is underway. This comprehensive module covers how to best meet the clients’ needs using this form in her consultation to meeting the needs of the business (profit). Week 3:
Servicing Essentials

Good question. This programme is designed to dramatically improve the productivity levels of a therapist no matter what productivity level she's at whether she's currently at $50/hour or she's already surpassing target.
This programme is a system - a system for high performance. When the system is followed, any therapist can be transformed into a high performing therapist. Past students have reached levels of $200/hour plus!
No because we don't want to overwhelm anyone. The programme will be drip fed over the first 2 weeks.
There's two parts to this question:
(1) Going through the programme
Allow around 90mins per week for each team member to work through the programme and do the exercises.
(2) Weekly live Zoom sessions with Brigitte
Allow around 60mins for all team members to attend the live training every Wednesday at 1pm AEST/AEDT.
