TO DO CHECKLIST

(1) Diarise the monthly Live Workshops in your calendar - First Monday of the month at 1pm AEST/AEDT. Allow 90mins

(2) Diarise the twice-monthly live Q+A Coaching Calls in your calendar - Second Monday of the month and fourth Monday of the month. 1pm AEST/AEDT. Allow 90mins

(3) Diarise the live Member Clarity Calls in your calendar - Third Monday of the month. 1pm AEST/AEDT. Allow 60-90mins

It's recommended to attend all the live sessions. If you can spare the time, you'll be getting the most out of your investment and out of your learning, however, it's not compulsory. Just diarise all the dates so that you don't forget but feel free to choose what's relevant to you. 

(1) MONTHLY LIVE WORKSHOPS

Every month we will have a focus we work on together that will support you in your day-to-day business. Because we all have different learning styles, the delivery of each month’s focus will be done in two ways; delivered to you in a live workshop as well as a pre-recorded course broken down into bite-sized lessons.

  • The live workshop will be conducted on the first Monday of every month at 1pm AEST/AEDT. If ever this falls on a public holiday in Melbourne Australia, you will be provided with ample to notice with the amended new time
  • Allow 90mins. Of course, every topic will be different but I’ll be aiming for 90mins including questions maximum. If ever I feel more time will be required, I will try to give you as much notice as possible to schedule more time
  • It really is important for you to attend the live workshop, there you will get a better understanding of the topic and have the opportunity to ask questions as you’re learning. You will get so much more out of each lesson when you attend live
  • The recording of these live workshops will accompany the Courses (refer to below)

(2) COURSES

In addition, the month’s focus topic will be uploaded in the portal as a pre-recorded course broken down into bite-sized lessons for self-study. This is for those of you who prefer to take your time in learning something new and methodically putting one thing at a time in place.

  • The recording of the live workshop will be included here to refer to if you want to watch for expanded conversations and questions asked on the call
  • The course will be uploaded within 24 hours of the live workshop every first Monday of the month

(3) TWICE MONTHLY LIVE Q+A COACHING CALLS

On the second and fourth Monday of the month, all members are invited to attend a live Q+A Coaching call where I will answer all questions from members. The questions can be anything about your business from employees to help with a promotion you're running. You can bring up your challenges AND you can ask for help on a particular area of business you wish to pursue. You can also ask any questions on the month’s focus topic. Basically, you can ask me anything!

  • Allow 60-90 mins for each call
  • It is preferred that you submit your questions in advance. On the Thursday prior to Q+A Coaching call, you’ll find a Question Collection post inside of the Facebook group for you to submit your question. All questions that appear on this thread will be prioritised and if there’s time, additional questions will be answered live
  • If you prefer to ask your question anonymously, you can certainly do that by sending an email to [email protected]. Your question will be answered as a priority question but your name will not be mentioned

(4) FACEBOOK GROUP

There’s a saying out there in the business world that says people join memberships for the content and stay for the community and I really believe that it could not be more apt than in the case of CREAM Mastermind. Sure you’ll get lots of valuable content and coaching but the real value is being able to get your questions answered by me on a daily basis (well almost daily, I’ll try to take weekends off). Having a coach on hand to address challenges and opportunities as they arise in your business without the need to invest in a private coaching session is invaluable. It’s also the place to ask a quick question when you can’t wait until the Q+A coaching calls to ask them.

In addition, the group serves and an amazingly supportive online community. Many solid life-long friendships have been forged in this group over the years. Here, your peers (and me) cheer you on and support you whilst doing the work of growing a profitable business.

It’s also here where I also post additional tips and strategies and further discusses focus course content.

(5) MONTHLY MEMBER CLARITY CALLS

On the third month of every month, I offer clarity calls to 2 Mastermind Members. These calls are essential private coaching session that go on for 20-30mins on a live call. All Mastermind members can attend the call and can ask questions or offer their input or feedback. On the Monday before the scheduled call, a post will be added to the Facebook group inviting members to apply for that month’s Clarity call. From time to time, as needed as if time permits, I may offer more than two calls per month and will advise accordingly.

(6)  PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES

Periodically, fully planned strategies will be added to the membership. These promotional strategies follow the CREAM PROMOTIONAL PLANNING FRAMEWORK which includes 4 stages – development, Implementation, team training and analysis. You can use the strategies exactly as I have presented them or tweak them to make your own. Always refer back to these strategies when you’re stuck with how to grow your business. 

(7) IDEAS AND TIPS VAULT

As ideas come to mind that I think you should consider implementing in your business I will create a one-video lesson for you to refer to.
