A: Consistency is key to maintaining momentum and achieving long-term success. Weekly coaching sessions provide structure, accountability, and real-time strategy adjustments. However, I understand that unavoidable circumstances can happen. If one or more sessions must be missed, one session per month may be carried over to the following month.

Q: Will my access to session recordings and notes be removed if I stop coaching?
A: Absolutely not. You'll be able to continue to access the recordings.
