PRIVATE COACHING — Monthly Retainer 

This is where we do the work together. Each week I’ll coach you through what’s happening in your business right now — and what to do next.

Depending on your priorities, we’ll work on things like:

• client retention, rebooking and spend per client

• productivity, targets, wages and profitability

• team performance, accountability and leadership

• systems, standards and consistency

• marketing and sales that actually convert

• decision-making based on numbers (not overwhelm)

Bonus on 5-week months: you’ll receive an additional coaching session at no charge. Something special — no extra cost.

On the first session of every month, we’ll add up to 30 minutes to review your key numbers, identify what’s working, what’s leaking, and what needs to change.

You’ll also receive a simple tracking template so we’re measuring progress properly — not guessing.

Between calls, you’ll have support on business days for quick questions, guidance, and feedback — so you’re not stuck waiting a week to move forward.

How we keep it clean (not messy):

• WhatsApp = quick questions / quick direction / a simple “can you look at this?”

• Google Doc comments inside your Session Recap = anything tied to a task, file, decision, or something you want reviewed (so context stays attached to the work)

This keeps conversations short, clear, and easy to action.

You’ll have a shared folder that becomes your coaching workspace — so nothing is scattered across email threads or random notes.

Inside you’ll find:

• Session Recaps with decisions + action items (with checkboxes you tick off)

• Recordings saved by date

• Searchable transcripts with timestamps

• My uploads (resources, templates, tools)

• Your uploads (anything you want reviewed — no emailing files back and forth)

You’ll receive the tools and templates that match your priorities — systems, scripts, tracking sheets, frameworks, and (when relevant) select training resources to support the exact work we’re doing.

Not a random library. Targeted resources, applied in real time.

When it’s helpful, sessions can include team training, implementation support, or leadership/accountability work with key staff so improvement doesn’t rely on you alone.
