Build It Scale It (BISI), is the updated and upgraded version of Leadership and Management Academy (LAMA).

Updated to incorporate more up-to-date changes in the business landscape, how people buy and address post-COVID areas of business that need to be re-assessed, in particular, the area of people management.
Upgraded to cover more areas of study in terms of running a profitable business that makes more money without increasing the expenses at the same rate (scaling).

In the future, BISI will be a stand alone programme in the CREAM suite of products, but I have decided to take my Mastermind members through it formally inside of the Mastermind membership at no extra cost. Moving forward, only those who have completed BISI will be invited to join Mastermind.

Over the following week, schedule 3-4 hours to go through the content, work on the exercises, apply to your business where possible, attend the live coaching call

Every Monday at 1pm AEDT a Zoom session is scheduled to cover ONLY the content of the previous week's release. Questions asked are limited to BISI content only
Questions MUST to be pre-submitted on a form. You can elect to ask your question anonymously
Note: when there is a public holiday in Australia, the session will be moved to 1pm AEDT the following day, Tuesday

Clarity Calls

(Done a little bit differently this year)

20-30min Clarity Calls (one-on-one coaching sessions with me) will be offered to 2 members (more where possible) every month
The sessions will be scheduled at 1pm on the second Monday of every month and will be held on Zoom with just Brigitte and will be live streamed inside the Mastermind FB group where all members can watch live and contribute or ask questions relating to the discussion in the comments
Every month, a post will be added in the Facebook group to apply for a Clarity Call. Whoever wants one should apply. I will choose on the basis that if someone applies and has already had one, the member who hasn't had one will get preference. HOWEVER, regardless of whether you've had one or not, APPLY in case no other member who hasn't applies. Everyone learns from these sessions, regardless who is having the session.
