That’s why we begin with a Profit and Performance Diagnostic.

You will complete a detailed pre-coaching questionnaire and provide the numbers and information we need to see where the business is now.

Then, during our first sessions together, we use that information to identify where the business is strongest, where it is leaking profit, where the team needs support and which priorities matter first.

Weekly tracking

Then every week, we track what matters.

Each week before your coaching session, you complete the Productivity and Tracking Report I provide as part of private coaching.

This is the same style of tracking tool I normally include inside my paid training, but private coaching clients receive it as part of their coaching support.

We use it at the start of every session so we are not guessing what is happening in the business.

From there, we know what needs to be coached, corrected, strengthened or prioritised next.

You receive four private 60-minute Zoom coaching sessions each month.

A little extra in five-week months: Private coaching includes four sessions most months, but in five-week months, you receive an extra private coaching session at no additional cost.

For 2026, that gives you bonus sessions in January, May, July and October. Bonus sessions are used within the bonus month and do not roll over.

These are working sessions focused entirely on your business.

We may use them to review numbers, work through strategy, plan campaigns, review team performance, build scripts, improve systems, solve client retention issues, sharpen offers or help you make decisions you have been sitting on for too long.

Each session starts with your numbers. Then we move into the strategy, decisions and actions that need to happen next.

After each session, your folder is updated so everything connected to your coaching is kept in one place.

Business decisions don’t only happen during a scheduled Zoom call.

That’s why you also have WhatsApp support between sessions. Sometimes the difference between moving forward and stalling for another week is one clear answer.

Use it to check wording, send through completed action items, get feedback, clarify a decision or get unstuck before you lose momentum.

WhatsApp support is designed to support the work we’re already doing inside your coaching sessions, not replace the coaching sessions themselves.

If something new comes up that needs deeper thinking, strategy or a longer conversation, we’ll add it to the agenda for your next coaching session.

About your Session Recaps

After each coaching session, you receive a detailed written Session Recap.

This is not a few casual dot points.

It captures what we discussed, what was decided, what needs to happen next, what you are responsible for and what I am responsible for.

This is where clarity gets protected.

Because a great coaching call is only valuable if the work gets implemented afterwards.

Your Session Recap gives you the plan in writing so you can keep moving between sessions without trying to piece everything together from memory.

Flexibility to include your team when needed

Private coaching is primarily for you as the business owner.

However, if there is something you would like me to explain, teach or reinforce directly with your team, we can use part of a coaching session for that.

This can be useful when you are rolling out a new standard, introducing a new process, improving rebooking, strengthening retail prescription, launching a promotion or clarifying performance expectations.

This is completely optional.

Some owners prefer to keep every session private. Others like their team to hear certain expectations directly from me.

We will decide what makes sense based on what you need and what you are comfortable with.

Each month, you also receive up to two hours of implementation support from me.

You can use this support for things like:

What happens if I don’t know all my numbers yet?

That’s okay. We start with what you have.

Part of the coaching process is helping you understand which numbers matter and how to use them to make better decisions.

What happens if I miss a session?

Weekly coaching creates momentum, but I understand things come up.

If you miss a session, it can be carried over.

Do I keep access to my recordings and notes if I stop coaching?

Yes. You will continue to have access to your Google Drive folder.

Can my team join some sessions?

Yes, when it makes sense.

Some calls are best kept private between you and me. Others may be useful for team training, rollout, scripting, accountability or performance conversations.

We decide what works best based on the topic.

Is this private coaching or a group program?

This is private coaching.

You are not joining a group program. You are not being handed over to a support coach. You are working directly with Brigitte.

Do the implementation hours roll over?

No. The two hours are a monthly bonus and do not roll over.

They are there to help you keep momentum and get important work finished.
