Open Letter to Skin Clinic and Beauty Salon Owners
In November of 2022, my life was swimming along, both professionally and personally. The following month, I was hit with devastating news - a diagnosis of Stage 4 breast cancer, which had metastasised to my lower back and pelvis. Before I go on, let me reassure you—I’m doing exceptionally well. Treatment has significantly shrunk my tumours, and there has been no further spread. I could not ask for better progress, over two years in.
For more than 15 years, I have coached the beauty industry, working closely with skin clinic and beauty salon owners owners as well as their teams and leaders. During this time, I’ve seen my work transform lives—both professionally and financially. I’ve helped create million-dollar businesses, guided industry professionals to heights they never thought possible, and even coached a number of today’s business coaches in our field.
But life has a way of shifting your perspective when you least expect it. My personal journey brought incredible clarity about what truly matters to me—making an impact, helping others succeed, and leaving a meaningful legacy.
Because none of us know how much time we truly have, last year, April 2024, I made the decision to take a step back. I paused the membership I had been running for over a decade—one I gave everything to. I needed time to reflect, recharge, and decide how I wanted to serve our industry moving forward. And now, I know.
A Clear Purpose and My 12-month Commitment
Our industry is in a difficult place. Exponential change, rising costs, tightening budgets, and economic challenges are making it harder than ever for businesses to grow. At the same time, business owners have less time and energy to spare. Even though I’ve been away from coaching, I’ve been right there with you in the background—navigating the challenges, learning what works, and seeing what doesn’t.
During this pause, I realised something profound: I want to help more people, way more people, and so I have made a big decision about the commitment I am making from April 1, 2025 for 12 months.
But first, let me explain how MY business model works, which will make my commitment so easy to make possible—CREAM Solutions, runs on ‘One-to-Many’ business model, widely used by online coaches. (Private coaching is an exception which runs on a One-to-One business model).
With the One-to-Many model (essentially group coaching), my reach is not limited to one city or one country; it’s global. Additionally, whether I’m coaching a small group or hundreds of people, the effort for me is almost the same—but by reaching way more people, the impact is exponential.
In 2025, I’ve chosen to focus on helping as many people as possible and instead of raising my prices as this economy has all of us needing to, I am going the other way, I will be delivering valuable, actionable and results-driven coaching at lower than what I normally charge prices, making success, growth and profit, accessible to more business owners. My strategy is this - if I drop my prices, making more people accessible to my coaching, the revenue I personally earn won’t change too much, but I know that the difference in lives impacted, will—and that’s what truly matters to me. Know this, it isn’t about lowering prices for a promotion. It’s about raising the bar of coaching and access to all.
This is my commitment to the players in our industry, and to the legacy I want to create. If there’s one thing I know, it’s that life is fragile. None of us can predict what tomorrow brings, but we can choose how we show up today. I’m more determined than ever to help you thrive—so you can grow your team, scale your revenue, and take control of your future with confidence.
